Welcome to The Goddess Approach. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services, workshops, courses, and products. By registering for any offering or service provided by Global Goddess Network, LLC / The Goddess Approach, you agree to these terms in full.

Please read carefully before completing your purchase.

2. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By registering for any workshop, course, private session, or service offered by The Goddess Approach or Goddess Healing Room, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not register for or participate in any of our offerings.

Your registration and payment constitute your electronic signature and acceptance of these terms.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Authorization

By submitting payment, you authorize Global Goddess Network, LLC to charge the full amount listed on your registration form to the credit card or payment method provided.

3.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your complete credit card information.

3.3 Pricing

• All prices are listed in USD.

• Early Bird pricing is available only until the date specified on the registration page.

• Founding Member pricing is available only to students who register during the founding member period.

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but registered students will pay the price they agreed to at the time of registration.

3.4 Payment Plans

If a payment plan is offered and selected:

• You agree to the full payment schedule as outlined at registration.

• Missed payments may result in suspension of access to course materials or workshop attendance.

• Full payment must be received before course completion or CE certificate issuance.

4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

4.1 No Refunds

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All payments are non-refundable, regardless of:

• Your use or participation in the workshop, course, or service

• Personal circumstances or emergencies

• Schedule conflicts

• Change of mind

• Technical difficulties on your end

There are NO exceptions.

4.2 No Cancellations

Once you register and payment is processed, you may not cancel your registration for a refund.

4.3 Why This Policy Exists

This policy allows us to:

• Hold your spot in small, intimate classes

• Plan materials, handouts, and resources

• Honor the commitment we've made to deliver the experience you registered for

• Maintain the quality and sustainability of our offerings

4.4 Rescheduling (Workshops Only)

If YOU need to reschedule:

• You may transfer your registration to a future date of the same workshop (subject to availability) with at least 14 days' notice.

• Rescheduling requests with less than 14 days' notice may not be accommodated.

• You may only reschedule once.

If WE need to reschedule or cancel:

• You will be notified as soon as possible.

• You may transfer to a future date or receive a full refund at your discretion.

5. WORKSHOP-SPECIFIC TERMS

5.1 Attendance Requirements

• You must be a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to attend continuing education workshops.

• You must attend the full workshop to receive CE credit and certification.

• Late arrivals or early departures may result in loss of CE credit.

5.2 No Recordings

Workshops are NOT recorded. If you miss a session, you will not receive a recording or make-up session.

5.3 Non-Transferable

Workshop registrations are non-transferable. You may not give, sell, or transfer your spot to another person.

5.4 Class Size & Cancellations

• Class sizes are intentionally small to provide personalized attention.

• We reserve the right to cancel a workshop if minimum enrollment is not met. In this case, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.

5.5 Conduct & Professionalism

• You are expected to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully at all times.

• Disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the workshop without refund.

6. PRIVATE SESSIONS & BODYWORK TERMS

6.1 Scheduling

• Sessions must be scheduled in advance by contacting Wendy Coon directly via text at 616-566-1437.

• A credit card on file is required to hold your appointment.

6.2 Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions

• You may cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice without penalty.

• Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session fee.

6.3 Health & Safety

• You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions, injuries, or contraindications before your session.

• Massage therapy and bodywork are not a substitute for medical care.

• If you have a medical condition, consult your physician before booking a session.

6.4 Consent

By booking a session, you consent to receive bodywork services from Wendy Coon, LMT, and acknowledge that you have the right to stop or modify the session at any time.

7. ONLINE COURSES & DIGITAL PRODUCTS

7.1 Access

• You will receive access to online courses and digital products via email within 24-48 hours of purchase.

• Access is granted for the duration specified at the time of purchase (lifetime, 12 months, etc.).

7.2 No Sharing or Distribution

• Course materials, videos, PDFs, and digital downloads are for your personal use only.

• You may not share, distribute, reproduce, or resell any materials provided by The Goddess Approach.

• Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of access without refund and potential legal action.

7.3 Technical Issues

• We are not responsible for technical issues on your end (internet connection, device compatibility, etc.).

• If you experience technical difficulties accessing course materials due to an issue on our end, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Ownership

All content, materials, courses, handouts, videos, and intellectual property provided by The Goddess Approach are owned by Global Goddess Network, LLC and Wendy Coon, LMT.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Workshop materials and techniques

• Course content and videos

• Blog posts and written content

• Branding, logos, and graphics

• Proprietary methodologies (The Goddess Approach to Myofascial Release, Healing, and Success)

8.2 Trademark

"The Goddess Approach" and "Your Body is Your Business and YOU are the CEO" are proprietary to Global Goddess Network, LLC.

8.3 Use Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials

• Teach or resell techniques or methods learned in our workshops without written permission

• Use our branding, logos, or proprietary language in your own marketing without authorization

9. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER

9.1 Educational Purposes

All workshops, courses, and content are for educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

9.2 Assumption of Risk

By participating in workshops or bodywork sessions, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks involved in physical activity and bodywork.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Goddess Network, LLC, Goddess Healing Room, and Wendy Coon, LMT are not liable for:

• Any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during or as a result of participation in workshops, sessions, or courses

• Any business results, income, or outcomes based on techniques or strategies learned

• Any technical issues, access problems, or third-party platform failures

9.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Global Goddess Network, LLC, Goddess Healing Room, Wendy Coon, LMT, and any affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

By registering for our services, you consent to:

• Receiving email communications related to your purchase (receipts, access info, updates)

• Being added to our email list (you may unsubscribe at any time)

• Being added to our SMS text list (you may opt out at any time by texting STOP)

• Use of your testimonial or feedback in marketing materials (with your permission)

11. TESTIMONIALS & MARKETING

11.1 Permission to Use

By submitting a testimonial, review, or feedback, you grant Global Goddess Network, LLC permission to use your words, name, and likeness in marketing materials (website, social media, promotional content) unless you explicitly request otherwise.

11.2 Photo/Video Release

If you attend an in-person workshop, we may take photos or videos for marketing purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed unless you notify us in writing beforehand.

12. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT

By checking the box that states "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" on the registration form, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full

• You agree to be bound by these terms

• You understand that all sales are final and non-refundable

• You understand that there are no recordings of workshops

• You understand that registrations are non-transferable

• You authorize payment as described in Section 3
